At Niagara, we believe that there are many possible options for nearly every solution and that by supplying only a single solution or highly limited subset of solutions to our customs that we would be severely limiting their potential.  Every business is unique and every solution should be tailor-fit for each business.  In order to deliver on this philosophy Niagara is also "technology and vendor agnostic."

What this means is that we are not tied to a single vendor for the solutions that we deliver.  We do recognize that some vendors represent a very large and influential solution pool for our customers and we generally focus on the most appropriate technologies and vendors but we also keep many options open and continuously evaluate if the path less traveled may not be the right solution for the right customer.

Some examples would include working with a range of hardware vendors, software vendors, web designers, ISPs, hosting providers, etc.  We do eliminate vendors from our solution sets that we feel are incompetent or even malicious towards their customers and we do select "top tier" vendors with impressive solutions, industry acceptance and good applicability to our customers but we attempt to remain neutral allowing the decision to choose a product, technology, approach or vendor to be one driven by business need and not by familiarity, marketing, market pressure or other "soft factor".
